CONTENTS :

2 Hard Kore Quiet Baffles, 1 Allen Key,

4 Screws, 1 Drill Bit.

IMPORTANT :

Use Loctite on all screws.

INSTALLATION:

1. Remove original baffle with allen key supplied.

2. Insert tabs of Smartpartz Hard Kore Quiet Baffle into opening in original baffle (you may need to crimp tabs to allow them to enter opening).

3. Drill hole through original baffle with drill bit supplied so that it will line up with the threaded tab on the Smartpartz Hard Kore Quiet Baffle.

4. Secure with screws supplied.

5. Reinstall assembly into muffler body.

NOTE : As with all motor modifications, some rejetting may be required. The baffles may create a slightly rich condition in some circumstances.
