CONTENTS :

2 Hard Kore Baffles, 2 Allen Keys,

2 Allen Screws, 2 Nuts, 2 Set Screws

INSTALLATION TIP :

Use Loctite on all screws.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Put a bead of High Temperature Silicone Adhesive Gasket Maker or similar in the end of the exhaust pipe to seat the baffle into the exhaust pipe.

2. Insert baffle as shown above. Use allen screws and allen nuts to secure in place.

3. Insert set screws. Do not overtighten as they can deform the exhaust pipe if overtightened.

NOTE : As with all motor modifications, some rejetting may be required. The baffles may create a slightly rich condition in some circumstances. Generally, leaning up the fuel/air mixture screw slightly is all that is required.
