CONTENTS :

1 Hard Kore Quiet Baffle,

1 Allen Key. 1 Allen Screw, 1 Drill Bit

IMPORTANT :

Use Loctite on all screws.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Remove the original baffle with allen key provided.

2. Enlarge hole in original baffle with drill bit supplied as shown in diagram.

3. Insert Smartpartz Hard Kore Quiet Baffle into the original baffle as shown in diagram. Align threaded tab in Smartpartz Hard Kore Quiet Baffle with hole you enlarged and secure with allen screw provided.

Note; the solid ring on the original baffle is a manufactured ring so its diameter can alter very slightly. Once the Smartpartz Baffle is past the ring it will not be so tight.

4. Reinsert original baffle with Smartpartz Hard Kore Quiet Baffle attached.

* NOTES :

(1) The baffles may create a slightly rich condition in some circumstances. As with all motor modifications, some rejetting may be required.
