CONTENTS :

2 Hard Kore Quiet Baffles,

1 Allen Keys, 2 Allen Screws.

IMPORTANT :

Use Loctite on all screws.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Remove exhaust end cap.

2. Remove the two button head screws securing the original baffle with allen key provided and remove original baffle.

3. Drill a 1/4" hole 3/4" from the end of the original baffle. (You may need to remove the muffler packing to do this in the area you are drilling - or you may be able to drill carefully through the muffler packing and through the baffle.)

4. Insert the Smartpartz Hard Kore Quiet Baffle into the original baffle and align the hole in the threaded tab on the Smartpartz Hard Kore Quiet Baffle with the hole you drilled in the original baffle.

5. Secure with allen screws provided.

6. Reinstall baffle assembly and end cap.

NOTE : As with all motor modifications, some rejetting may be required. The baffles may create a slightly rich condition in some circumstances.
